This message appears if there is no DisplayPort input to the monitor. Two reasons this could occur:
- The computer is not on
- The DisplayPort cable is loose or disconnected
It's most likely due to the computer itself not being on. The power button on the front is only for the monitor. To turn on the computer, press the power button on the device mounted behind the screen located on the upper right side. The power button should initially turn amber and then white.
If the button does not light up, then the computer may have a loose power cable which will need to be plugged back in.
